Delete your Tama Laundry account

You can delete your account yourself at any time — no phone call required. Deletion cannot be completed while you have an order in progress.

In the app

Open the Tama Laundry app → Profile → Delete Account, and confirm with your email address.

On the web

Sign in at your account profile and use Delete Account at the bottom of the page.

By email

If you can no longer sign in, email support@tamalaundry.com from the address on your account and request deletion. We verify the request against the account’s email before acting on it.

What deletion does

Deletion is a redaction-and-retention process, exactly as described in our Privacy Policy (§9). When you delete your account we redact your name, email, and phone from your profile, redact and remove your saved addresses, delete our stored card metadata and cancel any active membership, and disable your login. We retain, for legal and financial reasons: past order records, a deletion-log entry, consent and message history, and support tickets. Card data held by Stripe is governed by Stripe’s own retention practices.
